Circuit Training

A timed multi station workout to challenge and improve your fitness, strength and core ability.  This class is suitable for all levels as your work at your own pace, with the emphasis on working as hard as you can on each exercise for the suggested time(usually 1 min).

Circuit training is an efficient and challenging form of conditioning that develops strength, endurance (both aerobic and anaerobic), flexibility and coordination all in one exercise session. It is one of the few forms of fitness training that has been shown to effectively develop both strength and cardiovascular fitness in the same exercise session.

A well-designed circuit provides a balanced workout that targets all the muscle groups.  Circuit routines are fast, effective and fun.
