
I was introduced to Fitmama after having my own daughter. Getting back into shape both physically and mentally was challenging and I found this class to be so helpful. Once I was back at work I took up the Fitmama reins and hope to help other new mums become yummy mummies.
Fitmama is a mum and buggy workout held at Salford village. Most of our work is outdoors, but should the weather be against us we will be based in the village hall. The class is suitable for all new mums once you have had your six week check, 12 weeks for c-sections.
The class consists of an outdoor power walk, with strengthening and toning exercises using bands or small weights. Our aim is to help you on the way to regaining your pre pregnancy figure as well as,

The classes run during term time only and cost £6 per class, payable in advance
