Fitness Pilates is a non remedial class, based on the teaching of Joseph Pilates. It concentrates on building core strength, flexibility and posture, while aiming to lengthen and strengthen muscles.
The exercises are performed in a slow and controlled manner with similarities to yoga as the class incorporates relaxation and breathing techniques. Fitness Pilates increases flexibility, agility, builds strength and is a safe yet challenging workout. Standing, seated and lying exercises are performed. Beginners, intermediate and general levels are catered for
